Fleet Street Gains New Affordable Council Housing
The Fleet Street Projects, a new apartment block containing seven currently unfurnished apartments on Fleet Street, is set to be Londinium’s first affordable council housing. The City of Londinium Council have set the rent at $400 pcm., an extremely competitive price all things considered, and have capped the maximum income for eligibility at $28,000 a year. Furthermore, only those who intend to stay for at least two years can apply.
