Military Parade On Freeway 49 Blocks Incoming Traffic Into Melanie City

A military convoy has traveled along OHN Freeway 49 and has parked itself in a manner such that any vehicles attempting to enter the city will be blocked. This is an attempt to pressure KR into standing down the conflict as well as a way for the KUJ to perform retaliatory maneuvers if they are attacked.
