Bond Street Platform One 'On Permanent Loan' By Paramount Pictures'
Paramount Pictures, the elusive movie company, has rented out Bond Street Platform One and its connecting Westminster Station (which was sealed and abandoned alongside Platform One when the Houses of Parliament were extended) ‘indefinitely’, according to a leaked internatl Transport for Londinium memo. This strongly implies that Paramount plan to shoot a film inside the stations, which poses several questions. Namely, whether this is for the ongoing film project or for another one.
On a related note, the government has announced the re-opening of Heathrow Memorial starting tomorrow, noting that no filming ever occurred and that Parliament “no longer intend to use it for shooting”.
