Crossrail Trial Ends Early
Bond Street Platform Four has been shut down ‘due to the construction of Heathrow Station’, which is ‘complete aside from signage, [just like] Bond Street’. Indeed, long-range photography captured from the entrance shows a pair of watervators on the far side of the airport, albeit at slightly awkward positions, presumably because the watervators were constructed after the station was already dug out.
No due date for a reopening has been given, but it is presumed that when it does reopen, it won’t be just a public trial anymore.
