TfL Announce Central Testing Railway Line
Transport for Londinium has announced the creation of the highly nebulous Central Testing Railway Line (CTRL), to be used for the development and testing of new platform designs, as well as the refinement of existing ones. The line will serve dummy stations located entirely underground, and the line will be the first railway in the KUJ to consist entirely of private service.
