Piccadilly Line Reopens After Nearly Two Months

Transport for Londinium (TfL) officially reopened the Piccadilly earlier this evening following its closure on the first of February, marking the completion of the extension to Baker Street. When contacted by the Londinium Times, a spokesperson for TfL made the following statement:

“We understand that the delay has caused distress to some people. We apologise for this, however it should be noted that we did not provide an end date for the closure and as such no promises were broken.”
