'Luton Sharpshooter' Caught and Jailed
The ‘Luton Sharpshooter’ (named so because he used a bow to ignite TNT near Luton’s entrance) has been caught, identified, and jailed. Michael Balsamo had no previous criminal record and showed no signs of mental instability when he applied for the military four years prior.
He faces life in prison, though, thanks to the abolishment of capital punishment in the 1970s, he will not die - that’s a guarantee.
