All Aboard New Cavendish Street
His Majesty’s Government has recently announced the opening of a brand-new road; connecting directly to Bond Street on the opposite side of the A302 is New Cavendish Street. As it stands it is mostly empty, though, not for long, for demand has already skyrocketed. For example, the newly-formed Paramount Studios purchased a 5,530m² plot of land, to be used as the location for a future movie studio. Similarly, Avogadro Tower is a newly opened corporate office space that ‘hopes to attract large companies wanting an office close to the venerable Bond Street but further awau from all the action, with plenty of room for operations’, claimed a spokesperson.
Digitisation note: The A302 was once again cited incorrectly, this time as the A102. Avogadro Tower has also been since renamed simply to One New Cavendish Street to reflect the prestige of its address; New Cavendish remains very sparse due to the fact that its left-hand side is all waterfront.
