Rainbow Hotel Restaurant Condemned By FSA After Fatal Food Poisoning

Ten-Forward, the famous restaurant in Londinium’s Rainbow Hotel, has closed down following a failed health inspection by the Food Standards Agency triggered by a case of food poisoning that proved acutely fatal.

The incident occurred when an unknown patron, kicked out due to a noise complaint, drank two bottles of vodka and had some pufferfish. They showed signs of acute food poisoning and collapsed soon after.

An ambulance arrived seconds later, and the patron was announced dead on arrival. An autopsy is ongoing.

Rainbow Corporation responded by closing down the hotel. A health inspection was then allowed to be performed, which found several violations, according to a Rainbow Corporation spokesperson, who said “we are lookig to sue the head chef for mismanagement. We paid $2.5 million and received a restaurant with mouldy pipes and a previously perfect record being completely shattered.”

The FSA declined to comment, as did His Majesty’s Government in general.
