Regent Street Opens With Sixteen Embassy Plots
The new Regent Street has officially opened to the public. The road contains sixteen plots for embassies - all of them unfilled at time of writing - and is zoned exclusively for this purpose. The TAY embassy is to be moved to Regent Street and the Furryburg embassy plot has been rezoned as a commercial plot.
Countries are permitted to build embassies without prior permission, and embassies are expected to be rapidly built in the coming weeks. Regent Street Station is also planned to be connected to Heathrow’s Crossrail station, which would mark the first time a station connects to two other stations on the same line.
