Serious Crimes Act Passed

The Serious Crimes Act 2025 was passed yesterday. The Act is designed to make crimes like murder and ‘assaulting a traffic worker with intent to desert’ illegal (the latter of which refers to a traffic worker assaulting a traffic worker).

The Act also gives the King the authority to accuse anyone of treason for any time and for any reason, and to dish out any punishment. This suggests the potential for a tyrant king ruling by fear.
